Janine Fishenden owns and runs Full Balance Fitness. Janine is a qualified personal trainer who is passionate about health and nutrition and helping people achieve their health, weight and fitness goals. Janine is committed to helping people deal with the sometimes overwhelming prospect of losing weight and getting fit and healthy. Having been overweight and losing 30kg herself, Janine draws on her own experience to help her clients achieve their health and fitness goals and understands the physical challenges and emotional hurdles that clients need to navigate as they strive to make themselves fitter and healthier.

Janine chose a career in the fitness industry as fitness has always been something that she has been interested in since she was 17 years old and she had trained off and on in gyms for the last 25 years. Her weight had yo yoed since she was a teenager due to having Polycystic Ovaries and it wasn't until 2002 after researching PCOS, that she changed her diet and incorporated a structured exercise routine 6 days per week that she lost 30kg in 18 months.


Janine specializes in weight loss, pregnancy, body toning, boxing and speedball, strength training and general fitness. Janine will tailor a personalized program to your individual needs so that you can achieve your health and fitness goals and create your ultimate body.

Outside of work Janine's personal interests are her family, which includes her husband and 4 children. When she is not working she loves to keep fit by training herself and walking. She also enjoys water skiing, snow skiing and bike riding and following her favourite footy team Essendon.
