Personal Training 1 on 1

One-on-One Personal Training is the ultimate in personalised service and is focused entirely on your needs.

Once your current health and fitness status is established, our Personal Trainers will ensure every element of your program is designed to meet your needs and objectives. This will include nutrition advice, frequency, intensity and type of training to best achieve the results you are looking for. We will also refer you to other health professionals if specialist advice is required.

You can also access your Personal Trainer outside your training sessions if you need further advice or guidance regarding your program. After all, our focus on your health and well being should not stop the minute you walk out our door.
