Group Fitness Training

 

Group Training is a very motivational and energising way of getting and keeping fit. It is also a cost effective way of training with friends, family and work colleagues.

We run regular group sessions for up to 10 people at a time, that are fun and an effective way of working on both strength and cardiovascular fitness.

Group Training sessions run for one hour and can be tailored for a group of friends or work colleagues with a minimum of 5 participants or you can join any one of our regular and friendly weekly sessions. Bookings are essential.

Group Training is run indoors and also outdoors with weather permitting, in one of our fantastic local parks.
