Goal Setting

Getting to your goal you need a vision, a decision, a plan of attack, structure, time management, organisation and preparation.

You also need a good attitude - physical change is as much about your head as it is about your body.

To set goals you need to be SMART:

S = Specific - be specific about what you want to achieve.
M = Measurable - can't measure it? Can't manage it!
A = Attainable - want to lose 10kgs in 2 weeks? Unattainable.
R = Realistic - It's going to take time. It won't happen overnight.
T = Time - set a time limit that suits your needs and is attainable.

Goal setting can be intimidating for some, we will show you how to set and achieve realistic goals.
